Supplies Used.
Size 4 med cotton thread. Mainstreams Opaline Green
Size 5 knitting needles. (3.75 mm)
Dollar Tree Potholder ( 2 for a dollar)
My gauge is 25 stitches and 40 rows = 5.5 in. (13.48 cm)
Cast on 25 stitches.
Row 1 knit across
Row 2 purl across
Row 3 knit across
Row 4 knit across
Repeat row 1-row 4 nine times for a total of 40 rows.
Bind off.
Wash both the crochet piece and the potholder in warm water, and dry at high heat. Then position crochet over potholder, and whipstitch around to attach them together.
